Because every CHHAP product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change-of-mind, dislike of fit/colour, or ordering the wrong size.
1) When we WILL help (your statutory rights)
We will repair, replace, or refund if:
the item is defective or damaged on arrival,
you received the wrong item/size/print what you ordered on the website but received something different. (refer size chart before ordering)
the product is not as described, or
the order is lost or delivery is unreasonably delayed beyond the promised timeline (and not due to force-majeure or your unavailability).
For approved cases, refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time as per RBI/processor norms.
2) How to report an issue
Please email indigitalmore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
order ID,
description of the issue, and
clear photos/video of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
(We may request return of the item or a pickup; if the fault is ours, return shipping is on us.)
3) Cancellations
You may cancel before the order enters production/printing (usually within 12 hours of order).
We do not charge cancellation fees; where we must cancel, we bear equivalent charges.
Once in production or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
4) What’s not covered
Change-of-mind, wrong size chosen, or minor colour variation due to screens/printing.
Wear and tear after use or improper care (follow our wash-care guide in the product page/email).
5) Contact & grievance
For contact use email mentioned in point 2.
We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days (per e-commerce rules best-efforts).
