You must be at least 18 years old (or use under guardian supervision). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
All apparel is made-to-order. Minor color/placement variations can occur due to screens and printing processes. Size charts are provided; please review before ordering.
Prices are shown in INR and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and fees (if any) are shown at checkout. We may limit quantities or refuse/cancel orders at our discretion (with refund where applicable).
An order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm or dispatch.
Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and in emails. Delays may occur due to courier/network issues or force majeure. Title and risk pass on delivery to your address. Provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, dislike, or wrong size chosen.

We use secure third-party processors (e.g., [Razorpay/PayU/Stripe]). We don’t store full card/UPI details. Failed or duplicate payments detected by the gateway are refunded as per gateway/RBI rules.
Promo codes are single-use unless stated, non-transferable, and may have category or time restrictions. Misuse may void the benefit. Store credits/gift cards (if offered) are governed by their specific terms.
If you post or submit content (reviews, photos, tags), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and Service operation, subject to our Privacy Policy. You warrant you own rights to such content and it does not infringe third-party rights or laws.
All site content, trademarks, graphics, and designs are our or our licensors’ property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them except as allowed by these Terms or with prior written consent.
Do not misuse the Services (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, engage in fraudulent purchases/chargebacks, or upload unlawful content).
Our Services may link to or integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, couriers, analytics, manufacturing). We are not responsible for third-party sites/services—review their terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement—except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at, India.
